We want to get your Yumis to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
United States Standard shipping — 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
International We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 10 to 21 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Customs and Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window please contact us at info@yumibear.com with your order number. We will do our best to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double check your shipping details before placing your order.
Incorrect Address
If you need to update your shipping address please contact us at info@yumibear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.
