Do these actually taste like candy? Yes — that's the whole point. Yumi Bear protein gummies are made with natural flavours and no artificial sweeteners, so they taste like the real thing. No chalky aftertaste, no weird protein flavour. Just delicious gummies that happen to be high in protein.
How much protein is in each serving? Each serving is 15 gummies and delivers 10g of protein. Each bag contains 120 gummies giving you 8 servings per bag.
What protein source do you use? We use marine collagen — a naturally sourced protein that keeps the taste light and the calories low. Unlike whey protein, marine collagen doesn't leave a chalky, dairy-heavy aftertaste.
Are the macros accurate? Yes. Every batch is third party lab tested to verify our nutritional claims. You can view our lab results on the Lab Results page.
Are Yumi Bear gummies halal? Yes. We use halal-certified gelatin in our formula.
Are they gluten free? Yes. Yumi Bear gummies are gluten free.
Do they contain sugar alcohols? No. We deliberately avoided sugar alcohols like erythritol, sorbitol, and mannitol which can cause digestive discomfort. Our gummies are sweetened naturally without the side effects.
How much fibre is in each serving? Each serving contains 21g of dietary fibre — more than most people get in an entire day.
Are these suitable for children? Our products are intended for adults 18 and over. Consult a healthcare provider before giving any supplement to children.
Should I consult a doctor before using Yumi Bear? If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.
Ordering
Where do you ship? We ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take? US orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. International orders vary by destination but generally take 10 to 21 business days.
How do I track my order? You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes please contact us at info@yumibear.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once dispatched we are unable to make changes.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window contact us at info@yumibear.com with your order number and we will look into it for you.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work? When you subscribe you save 10% on every order and your Yumis are delivered automatically on your chosen schedule. You can pause, modify, or cancel any time — no lock in, no contracts.
How do I cancel my subscription? Log into your account and manage your subscription from there, or email us at info@yumibear.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Returns and Refunds
Can I return my order? As a consumable food product all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns on opened products.
What if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us at info@yumibear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement for items that remain in their original sealed packaging.
Transparency
Are your products lab tested? Yes. Every batch is independently tested by a third party laboratory to verify protein content, sugar levels, and safety. You can view our most recent lab results on our Lab Results page.
Where are Yumi Bear products made? Our products are manufactured in a GMP certified facility to the highest quality standards.
Are there any artificial colours or flavours? No. We use only natural flavours and natural colours derived from real fruit and plant extracts.
