Our Policy

All Yumi Bear sales are final.

As a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. This applies to all opened or partially consumed products regardless of circumstances.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at info@yumibear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, provided the items remain in their original sealed packaging.


What Is Not Covered

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preference
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Delays caused by customs or local postal services
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery
